What does a finder actually see when they scan it?
Your pet's name, photo (if you add one), a contact phone number, and any note you leave for them — like "friendly, please call, may be scared." We never show your home address or your pet's medical details on this public page.
What if I lose the tag?
Your account and your pet's profile stay exactly as they are — since the tag is linked to your account rather than a printed code, losing the physical tag doesn't mean losing your data. You'd just order a new tag and link it to your existing account.
Do I need the app for this to work?
No. Whoever finds your pet just scans the QR code with any phone camera — no app download needed on their side. You only need an account to edit your pet's profile.
