Havefoi sells a physical pet ID tag with a QR code linking to an online profile page. This is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription fee for the core tag-and-profile service.

Your account

You must create an account to link a tag and edit its profile. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate contact information for your pet's profile. Havefoi is not responsible for a failed reunification caused by outdated or incorrect contact details on your profile.

What Havefoi does and doesn't guarantee

The tag and QR profile are a tool to help a finder contact you — they do not include GPS tracking, and we cannot guarantee that a lost pet will be found or that a finder will scan the tag.
