The product

Havefoi sells a physical pet ID tag with a QR code linking to an online profile page. This is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription fee for the core tag-and-profile service.

Your account

You must create an account to link a tag and edit its profile. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate contact information for your pet's profile. Havefoi is not responsible for a failed reunification caused by outdated or incorrect contact details on your profile.

What Havefoi does and doesn't guarantee

The tag and QR profile are a tool to help a finder contact you. The tag itself contains no electronics, battery, or GPS chip, and we do not track your pet's location. If a finder scans your tag and chooses to share their own location at that moment, that location is included in your notification — this is a one-time, finder-consented action, not continuous tracking. We cannot guarantee that a lost pet will be found or that a finder will scan the tag.

Scan notifications — fair use

The instant-notification feature is provided to help reunite you with a genuinely lost pet. If we determine an account is being used to abuse this feature — for example, by repeatedly and deliberately scanning a tag with no legitimate reason — we reserve the right to suspend or block that account.

Replacements

The tag is linked to your account rather than a printed code, so if it's ever lost or damaged, your account and your pet's profile remain intact. Order a replacement at the standard price of ₹249 (free shipping included), and link it to your existing account once it arrives.

Returns

We don't accept returns, since each tag links directly to your account and pet's profile once activated. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Prohibited use

You may not use a Havefoi tag or profile to impersonate another person, submit false contact information, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your account after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law
